Potluck
The January 27 Potluck get-together was a great success. Thank you to all who attended, brought food and good company. Peter Lacey provided an excellent video entitled “Oil & Water”.
CAN-Bike
CAN-Bike training will be available under the guidance of Matthew Piggott in the spring. This is a good opportunity to update street cycling skills including safety awareness. To sign up use he contact form below, and ask for Matthew’s email address.
Vaughn Taylor reminded us of the need to lock up your bike when it is unattended.
Ride for Refugees
April Brien reported on the “Ride for Refugees”. $1,800 has been received for the 2009 ride. Thank you April for your dedication to this worthy cause. 2010 will see us on the road again raising money in support of Highland’s refugee work.
Next Meeting
Our next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday April 14. This will be a coffee and dessert meeting with the evening dedicated to planning the 2010 cycling season.
